• Paula Host is not responsible for technical failures beyond our control, such as internet outages or third-party platform disruptions.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from virtual events and are not liable for losses due to miscommunication or unforeseen interruptions.

3. Confidentiality and Data Protection

• Paula Host will keep event-related information confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
• Any recorded sessions must be agreed upon in advance and stored securely.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Clients may reschedule with at least 3 days notice at no additional cost.
• Late cancellations may be subject to partial or full forfeiture of fees.

5. Termination of Services

• Paula Host reserves the right to terminate services if the client violates these terms or engages in unethical practices.
